Historically, these shirts were part of the inner layer of the 1951 Cold Weather Combat Uniform that consisted of the outer layer (M51 Parka/Liner and M51 Nylon Arctic Trousers/Liner), an intermediate layer (M51 Field Jacket/Liner and M51 Cotton Field Trousers/Liner), and the inner layer (M51 Wool Shirt/M51 Wool Trousers and M50 Wool/Cotton Winter Underwear Top and Drawers.
The color variation varies from shirt to shirt and all come with US Army tape. All are size Medium.
