1964 Old Grant Tavern New York Varsity Jacket in a size medium in good condition. This 1964 Old Grant Tavern New York Varsity Jacket is a cool piece of Buffalo, New York history, as it belonged to Bob who played for the tavern's baseball/softball team. The tavern is no longer in existence and was made by the Marquart's Knitting Mills of Buffalo, New York. The jacket has some incredible details, like the chain-stitched embroidered name "Bob", the beautiful chenille patch, the leather shoulder bands, and the cool pocket lining. The lining of the jacket could use some repair (see photos), but otherwise, the jacket is very wearable and in great condition.
